Information may come to Conz in a few different ways.

• Directly from you when you sign up, create a session, join a session, contact support, or submit forms.
• Automatically from your use of the website and product through logs, cookies, and similar tools.
• From service providers and partners that help us process payments, verify identity, assess risk, detect fraud, or operate our infrastructure.
• From organizers or other participants when they add you to a session or share information needed to manage a group contribution flow.

• Provide and maintain Conz features, including group setup, payment coordination, reminders, and records.
• Process contributions, payouts, reversals, refunds, and related operational tasks through our partners.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share information when it is necessary to operate Conz responsibly.

• With other session participants when that sharing is part of the product, such as organizer details, contribution status, payout approvals, or group activity records.
