Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Conz, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Service Description

Conz provides a platform for organizing group payments and contributions. We facilitate money collection but do not provide banking, lending, or investment services. We partner with regulated payment processors for all financial transactions.

User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

Fees and Payments

Conz charges processing fees on successful collections (typically 2-3% depending on payment method). Fees are clearly displayed before transaction completion. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days notice to users.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use Conz to:

  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Collect funds for prohibited purposes (gambling, illegal goods, etc.)
  • Misrepresent collection purposes or beneficiaries
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Refunds and Disputes

Collection organizers control refund policies for their collections. Conz will facilitate refunds when requested by organizers or required by law. For disputes, contact our support team. We reserve the right to suspend collections and hold funds pending dispute resolution.

Limitation of Liability

Conz is not liable for disputes between collection participants, failed payments due to third-party issues, or indirect damages arising from platform use. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Users may close accounts at any time, subject to completion of pending transactions.
